To make plum brandy we work with local fruit growers and fruit processors to ferment and distil fruit which would otherwise go to waste, aging the plum spirit in oak casks to mature and develop the spirit. A Welsh take on a traditional central European Plum Brandy known as Slovovitz. Truly rare and wonderful.
