Light and gentle flavours rise up from the glass. A nice medley of delicate flavours, popcorn, honey, toffee, sultanas and a hint of vanilla. How Welsh to have made a whisky with the elements of a good Bara Brith. A pretty lengthy and satisfying finish. The mellow oak spices really reveal themselves now and tingle the tastebuds. Its peppery and punchy and it sticks around. 
 
Organic Single Malt Tasting Notes
 
The Organic is an unusual wildcard for the distilery, as it's unpeated and matured in first fill bourbon barrels and finished in Welsh red win casks. A light whisky with a fruity nose, butter, vanilla and toffee all feature on the taste pallet and the whole thing is rounded off with a lovely and slightly bitter coffee finish.
